Welcome to Lowpass Aviation.com

Our aim is to promote military aviation worldwide and create a website for everyone that is interested in the world of military aviation ,the Armed Forces, the aviation industry and of course the aviation enthusiast!

Lowpass Aviation.com was founded in 2019 and is based in The Netherlands. It is composed of a small team of writers and aviation photographers. All of the teams members share the same passion for military aviation and travelled to many different countries all over the world for the last 25 years, Including countries in Europe, The Baltic States, Japan, South-Korea, the Unites States, Canada and Russia to name some . After years of using analog cameras, we all switched from analog to digital SLR cameras in late 2005. Digital photography has in this way changed the way of photography for us for good. Within our team we use Canon and Nikon SLR cameras. One of us is using Canon cameras, the others Nikon cameras. Both brands are known for their reliable digital SLR cameras and we are pleased to work with them.

If you have any questions, or if you are looking for further information, or do you want us to make a photo article for you, please contact us by using the contact us page here on the website.

The team of Lowpass Aviation.Com wishes you a pleasant visit on our website.

Check out our website again in the near future for new articles and images !

A word of warning : We would like to remind you, that military aviation photography is just what it sounds like: photographing military aircraft and helicopters. In most countries the authorities are familiar with aviation photographers, and you can enjoy the hobby without any problems.
However, not all countries are happy with people hanging around airbases with cameras, big lenses, binoculars and scanners. It wouldn’t be the first time someone gets arrested and kept in jail. Keep this in mind when you plan to make a visit. Always check on the local rules !
